Thought I would put up a page dedicated to some of the best and\/or more unusual thing we come across.<\/p>\n

The best Geocoin I have found so far was Geordie Boys \u201cHelp For Heroes\u201d reference TB30APB. Unfortunately, I didn\u2019t take a picture of it so I can\u2019t post it here.<\/p>\n

Obviously, I am not going to post any details of what any of the caches are called or where any of them are because I don’t want to be responsible for any “spoilers” The images are just for interest sake.<\/p>\n

   A great cache this one. Really well made and hidden. So good that it took me 2 visits to find it. On the first visit I actually picked it up and looked underneath it to try and find the cache, without realising that it was the cache. I then emailed the owner and asked them to check whether it was actually still there as the GPS was very flakey due to all of the overhanging trees and I thought I was either in the wrong place (it’s a multi cache) or maybe that it had been Muggled – what a plonker!<\/p>\n

Not the best of pictures I’m afraid but this shows my better half holding up the biggest cache we have found so far!<\/p>\n

I know that this one is one that has been purchased as a ready made, disguised cache, but I still think it’s great – A Rock!<\/p>\n

A great little cache for dissuading muggles – basically, touch me and you die! Perhaps all Geocaches should come with a similar warning.<\/p>\n

Above is one of the caches in The Cuthies and Max – Max\u2019s Spooky Spider Hunt \u2013 drive by series. This a great little series which is quick and easy, great fun and highly recommended. A word of caution though \u2013 we certainly encountered a lot of spiders and a fair few ants and other creepy crawlies as well!<\/p>\n

The above shots are taken at the \u201cWell Anchored\u201d cache \u2013 GC1GCV0<\/a> \u2013 The pictures give nothing about the actual cache location away (but it\u2019s not exactly difficult anyway) but they do show the extraordinary lengths and no doubt, considerable expense, that cakemaker<\/a> has gone to with this cache. It is without any doubt, the most extravagant one we have yet come across and I will be surprised if I see any better \u2013 we shall see. On top of all that, the actual cache is really good as well!<\/p>\n
